Schedule
- 08:30Meet at Haneji Station – Yanbaru Tamago
- 08:50Travel to the activity site in your own car.
- 09:00Arrive at Fukugawa, the tour location. Put on life jackets and wetsuits.
- 09:15Start trekkingEnjoy a river trek to Funga Falls, a local favorite. This beginner- and family-friendly course follows a clear stream through lush forest, with wildlife spotting, a vine swing, and waterfall jumps. An escape trail ensures a safe, comfortable experience.
- 11:00End of trekking (change clothes in a simple tent)
- —After changing, return to Haneji Station – Yanbaru Tamago.Haneji Station Yanbaru Tamago features a restaurant serving local ingredients and souvenir shops. Enjoy sightseeing after the tour.

Restrictions
- Children up to 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Participants must be aged 0 and over, under 90 kg.
- Height: 100–190 cm
Weight: up to 70 kg (female) / 90 kg (male)
Shoe size: 15–29 cm - We will provide guidance in English while using translation apps and other tools.
- Communication on-site will be conducted primarily via email.
What to bring
- In principle, any clothing is acceptable as long as it can get wet. However, clothing made of quick-drying material with minimal skin exposure is recommended. Wetsuits and river-walking shoes are provided, so please inform us in advance of each participant’s height, weight, and shoe size.
Please note that we may not be able to provide gear for sizes that significantly exceed the stated range. - Drinking water (about 500 ml in a bottle or flask)
- All necessary tour equipment is provided free of charge. However, we may not be able to provide extremely large sizes.
Please enter each participant’s body measurements in the reservation form. - A change of clothes and a towel
- Sandals or other footwear that can get wet
Additional notes
- If weather conditions are unstable, we will consult with you and decide whether to proceed. If the tour is canceled due to weather, no cancellation fee will apply. (This does not apply when conditions are clearly safe.)
If severe weather makes the tour difficult, we will contact you by phone the day before or by 8:00 AM on the day. Please provide a mobile number you will have with you. - Transportation is not provided. Please arrange your own transportation to the meeting location.
- Photos during the tour will be taken by your guide. If you have any specific photo requests, please let your guide know.
The photo data can be downloaded free of charge from the internet. Instructions for downloading will be sent to you by email at a later date. - You may change clothes in the shower room or restroom at the meeting facility.
If the facility cannot be used, a simple tent and portable shower will be available. - Damages caused by the tour operator’s negligence are covered by liability insurance. However, damages resulting from a participant’s intentional actions or negligence are not covered. We recommend that you obtain domestic travel accident insurance.
