- Please complete check-in at least 5 minutes before the start time.
- There are no restrictions on participation based on health conditions. However, if you have any concerns or symptoms, please include them in the remarks section when applying. The organizer will respond accordingly.
- This plan requires booking for all attendees entering the room (observers are not allowed).
- Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
- An additional tea room usage fee (JPY 1,000–2,000 per person) will be required. Please pay on-site on the day of participation.

Please note that transportation costs to the site in case of cancellation will not be reimbursed.
