Restrictions
- Ages Accepted: 0 to 12 years
- For infants aged 0, we may be able to provide care depending on the situation (age in months, time, location) if the child can hold their head up completely. Please contact the service provider for more details.
- Children 5 years old and below must use a car seat.
What to bring
- Change of clothes (2-3 sets depending on the time)
- Diaper changing set (2-3 extra diapers than usual)
*If you wish to use the pool, please bring swim diapers. - Sunscreen and hat (please apply sunscreen to your child in advance if necessary)

Additional notes
- Service hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- In the event that a child is injured, appropriate measures will be taken under the guidance of personnel certified in basic emergency life support.
- If a child becomes unwell during sitting, the service will continue for mild symptoms. However, if the child develops a fever over 37.5 degrees Celsius or if the symptoms are deemed not mild, parents may be asked to pick up their child.
- Meals should be provided by the parents. Alternatively, meals at dining facilities can be arranged upon request, with the cost to be borne by the parents.
- We can accommodate requests for three or more children. Please enter the desired number of children in the reservation form.
- If you go over the alloted time, you will be charged a fee.
- For long-term reservations, sitters may switch shifts between the first and second halves.
*Shift change guideline: 8 hours - 【Reservation Changes and Cancellations】
・Requests made outside business hours (after 5:00 PM) will be treated as received on the next business day.
・This policy also applies to cancellations due to bad weather or health issues.
・For changes in childcare hours or dates due to bad weather, cancellations made by 5:00 PM the day before will not incur a cancellation fee (this applies even if the new date is not yet confirmed). However, same-day changes will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - ・No cancellation fee will be charged when you provide a victim certificate. if the customer is affected by a natural disaster.
・For changes made the day before of the reservation, 25% of the cancelled time will be charged as a cancellation fee (no cancellation fee for time changes made up to two days before the reservation).
・Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled service will incur the standard cancellation fee plus the sitter's transportation cost (¥1,650). - Headquarters staff are on holiday from 29 Dec to 3 Jan.
