    You can learn about the origins, history, and craftsmanship of Kaki no Ha Zushi. By understanding the culture and intentions behind it, not just the making process, you can enjoy it on a deeper level.
  3. Start of Experience
    You can make 16 pieces of Kaki no Ha Zushi (8 mackerel and 8 salmon). The finished sushi can be enjoyed on the spot or taken home in an original wooden box. We will carefully guide you on how to wrap them, so even beginners and children can participate with confidence!

  • The Kaki no Ha Zushi you make contains raw ingredients, so please consume it promptly.
  • The optimal storage temperature is around 15 to 20 degrees Celsius. Especially during summer, please store it in a cool place and consume it as soon as possible.
  • If the rice becomes hard when chilled, please warm it slightly in a microwave or similar appliance.
  • The time required for the experience may vary between adults and children. For adults, it is expected to take about one hour.
