- 09:00Meet at the Plaza in Front of Keio Takaosanguchi Station
- 09:10DepartureMove to Kiyotaki Cable Car Station and take the cable car to Takaosan Station.
- 09:30Arrive at Takaosan StationHike Trail No. 1 towards Yakuo-in Temple.
- 10:15Visit Yakuo-in TempleThis Shingon Buddhist temple, founded approximately 1,200 years ago, is a sacred site. After the visit, continue hiking to the summit.
The hike to the summit takes about 20 minutes. The trail is surrounded by lush greenery, allowing you to enjoy nature throughout the journey.
- 11:15Arrive at the SummitEnjoy breathtaking views from Mount Takao's 599m summit. Follow Trail No. 4 to a hidden spot recommended by the guide.

- 11:40Begin the Matcha-Making ExperienceAfter a brief explanation, prepare premium Uji matcha using tea utensils and enjoy it with traditional sweets. Relax in nature's tranquility, surrounded by soothing sounds of wind, trees, and streams.
*Bring a thermos of hot water for making matcha. Personal tea bowls or whisks are welcome.

- Please bring a thermos filled with hot water to the brim, as it will be needed for making matcha (separate from your drinking water).
- A leisure sheet
- Rain gear, warm clothing, and gloves (depending on the season).

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Afternoon sessions are unavailable during winter or shorter daylight periods.
- Chasens (tea whisks) are available for ¥1,200, and tea bowls start from ¥1,000. If you'd like to purchase, please let us know when making your reservation.
- In case of rain, we will consult with participants to decide whether to postpone or cancel.
