・Direct Shuttle Bus (Recommended)
New Chitose Airport: 2–2.5 hours via "Hokkaido Resort Liner."
Sapporo: 1.5–2 hours from Sapporo Station or major hotels.
Note: Free guest buses and paid shuttles available; reservations required via official website.
・By Car
From Airport: 1.5–2 hours via Route 276.
From Sapporo: 1.5 hours via Route 230 (Nakayama Pass).
Caution: Expect heavy snow and poor visibility at Nakayama Pass in winter. Drive safely.
・Public Transport (JR Train & Local Bus)
Route: JR train to Otaru or Kutchan, then local bus/taxi.
Note: Transfers are difficult with luggage; direct shuttles are strongly recommended.

- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- People 60 years old and above can not participate in this activity.

- Lift passes are not included. Please purchase yours on-site on the day of the lesson.
- To ensure smooth communication with your instructor, please ensure you have a stable internet connection while at the resort.
- For safety reasons, children aged 3–6 must take one-on-one private lessons. Please note that group lessons are not available for this age group.
- To ensure the best quality, please group participants of similar skiing ability together when booking.
- Please note that language and time slots cannot be changed after your booking is confirmed. To make changes, please cancel your current booking and place a new one.
- Skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks. For your own protection, please ensure you and your party have valid travel, medical, or outdoor sports insurance before participating.
- We assume no responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during, or after the lesson.
- Participants must be in good health. Please refrain from participating if you have any of the following conditions:
(High blood pressure/Recent eye surgery/Chronic ear conditions/Heart conditions/Epilepsy/Cardiopulmonary conditions/Neurological disorders/Whiplash (cervical sprain)/Pregnancy) - Participants aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
- For your safety, please follow all instructions from your instructor during the lesson. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
- Cancellations or changes made due to customer circumstances are non-refundable.
- In the event that the lesson cannot proceed due to the official closure of the ski resort caused by severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full cancellation and refund.
- In the event of flight delays or cancellations, we will provide a cancellation and refund if you can present official documentation.
