If the event is canceled before departure, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be provided.
No refunds will be given if the event is canceled after the tour has departed.
Transportation costs to the meeting point are at your own expense. - This is a shared bus tour. A tour conductor will provide language support using a translation device.
Minimum participants: 25. The tour may be canceled if the minimum is not met 14 days before departure.
Drinking alcohol on the bus is not permitted.
Guests traveling in odd-numbered groups may share seats with other passengers.

Seat assignments are determined on the day of the tour; please refrain from changing seats during the tour. - Please strictly observe the meeting time. The bus will depart on schedule, and we cannot wait for passengers who arrive late.

Smoking is prohibited on the bus. - Please refrain from actions that may disturb other guests, such as the use of perfumes or sprays.
- Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used instead of a large bus.
- Please be aware that heavy traffic is expected on surrounding roads after the fireworks display, which may result in a significant delay to your return time. We cannot guarantee connections to public transportation, such as the last trains or buses.
- This tour is designed for the domestic Japanese market. The tour guide will use a translation device (Pocketalk) to provide guidance.
This is a shared tour, meaning you will be participating alongside other guests. - Please inform us at the time of booking if you require special arrangements or medical support. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability; however, please note that depending on the nature of the request, additional charges may apply, or we may require a written declaration.
- Lost items will be kept for up to two weeks after the tour ends. However, please note that food items and goods that are difficult to preserve may be disposed of immediately for hygiene reasons.
