Restrictions
- Seat reservations are not possible from 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM Japan time due to maintenance work.
- Please note that this item cannot be utilized on the day of its purchase.
- To use the limited express train ticket, you must specify the date, time, train, and seat after purchasing.
- You can purchase tickets for up to 8 people arriving and departing from Kansai Airport on the same day.
- If you buy multiple tickets, you must transfer them to other customers' mobile devices, except for the one ticket used by the purchaser. You can't use multiple tickets on one smartphone.
- Please note that passengers with the same reservation number must travel together on the same train, as tickets cannot be used partially.

*Note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be accepted. - To reserve a seat on a limited express ticket, you must reserve your seat after purchasing the ticket and at least 5 minutes before the departure of the applicable train.
- Please note that you can only make changes to your train schedule twice, and this is only allowed within 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Seat selection is limited to regular seats; super seats are not available.
- Please use the dedicated ticket gate for digital tickets only. Other stations or gates are not compatible.
- Recommended browsers and systems for using the e-tickets: iOS 15 or higher with the latest version of Safari or Android 10.0 or higher with the newest version of Chrome.

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.
・Unused train tickets can be refunded within the validity period. Refund requests must be made by the customers at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the designated express station and will incur a fee of 220 yen.
・If the validity period has expired, no refunds will be given, even for unused ones.
・Customers who purchase multiple tickets cannot receive partial refunds; only the purchaser can request a refund.
・Please note that we cannot issue refunds for train services that become unavailable once the use of the service has commenced.
Changes
This activity does not allow changes to the reservation details. If you wish to change the participation date, number of participants, etc., please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation. A 100% cancellation fee will apply even if you change (rebook).
