Please note that we won’t take any responsibility if there are emergencies caused by physical discomfort during the travel. And please be informed of the risk of not being able to seek immediate medical attention.
- This bus tour is a shared tour designed for international visitors to Japan. (Please note that there is no guidance available in Japanese.)
The explanation during the tour will be mainly performed in English. The tour leader will provide Mandarin/Cantonese assistance and explanation based on individuals' situation. - Every person can take one hand luggage to the bus. Please put your other luggage in the hotel or nearby lockers.
- One adult may accompany only one infant

What to bring
- If you wish to use the onsen, please bring your own towel or purchase one on-site.The onsen fee is about 1600-1900 yen per person (at your own expense)

Additional notes
- In case of bad weather, such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour or not 1 day before departure (15:00 local time) and notify you by email.
- Please note that the itinerary or the stay time to each spot will be adjusted due to traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc.
- Please note that the itinerary may be changed, or the visit to a spot may be canceled due to force majeure, such as traffic jams and bad weather. The ride section of the aerial tramway may be changed due to weather conditions or regular maintenance. We will refund the price difference caused by the change of ride section.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The ride may be canceled when the aerial tramway is closed, or the weather is bad. It will be changed to another itinerary, such as taking a bus to Owakudani.
- This plan doesn’t include lunch. You can bring your own food or have lunch at restaurants at Mt. Fuji, Kawaguchiko, Gotemba Outlet, etc.
- Owakudani is a natural volcanic scenic spot, which may be inaccessible due to high sulfur concentration, and the itinerary may be changed.
- It may not be possible to enjoy the panoramic view of Mount Fuji due to weather conditions.
- The bullet train ticket is for a non-reserved seat (return trip)
- If the Hakone Ropeway or Lake Ashi cruise is not operating due to weather or other conditions, alternative attractions such as the Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Checkpoint, or a Swan Lake cruise on Lake Yamanaka will be arranged
- If the schedule is delayed due to heavy traffic, visits to Hakone Shrine and Odawara Castle may be shortened or omitted
- Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted in case of serious traffic congestion
- If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be informed by 14:00 on the day before
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure
