  • For security purposes, when displaying the E-ticket, a one-time password may be shown.
    If email authentication is requested, please specify an email address that you can access on your smartphone, and enter the password sent to that email address.
  • The vouchers for the Okinawa Monorail (1-Day Pass) and Tokyo Bus (1-Day Pass) are issued separately, so please be mindful. [A]

Additional notes

  • The expiration date will be within 3 months from the purchase date (reservation confirmation date), regardless of the selected participation date at the time of booking.

  • ・When using an electronic ticket for Yui Rail, it is recommended to use a smartphone without Mobile Suica, Mobile PASMO, or other transit IC card settings.
    ・If Mobile Suica, Mobile PASMO, or similar is set up, the transit IC card may react, so please use a staffed gate.
    ・For iPhones with Apple Pay enabled, the Apple Pay screen may appear when passing through the gate. If this happens, please inform the gate staff.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.

Okinawa Monorail:
Only unused tickets within the validity period can be canceled at JPY 220 per participant. Once the ticket or coupon exchange has been used, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Okinawa Monorail + Tokyo Bus:
Any cancellations made after the booking confirmation date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Changes

Changes to the reservation details for this activity are not allowed. If you wish to change the participation date, number of participants, or other details, you must cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
<Okinawa Monorail + Tokyo Bus> Please note that a 100% cancellation fee applies even if you rebook.

don’t purchase this voucher if you have suica on your phone because it might charge your suica when you try to scan the QR code as you exit the station, (it also does not let you know that this happens so that you can notify the train station staff in time until after long after you’ve left the station )the QR code took a while to load due to poor Internet service so it also delayed travels. I was not made aware of this when I purchased the voucher that I should not have suica on my phone until … don’t purchase this voucher if you have suica on your phone because it might charge your suica when you try to scan the QR code as you exit the station, (it also does not let you know that this happens so that you can notify the train station staff in time until after long after you’ve left the station )the QR code took a while to load due to poor Internet service so it also delayed travels. I only rode the monorail twice and was charged on my suica for one of the rides (so ended up spending about 1100 yen for just 2 rides) and did not feel that I got value for what I purchased.
