4. There is no dedicated parking available at the venue. Heavy traffic congestion and road restrictions are expected on the event day, so the use of public transportation is strongly recommended. We are also happy to assist with transportation inquiries—please feel free to contact us.
5. If you would like services in a language other than Japanese, please inform us at the time of booking.
If the event is canceled due to earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, storms, floods, epidemics or infectious disease outbreaks, other natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, third-party strikes, enactment or revision of laws and regulations, orders or actions by government authorities, fires not attributable to the organizer, or any other force majeure events, the event fee will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend and need to transfer your event participation rights to a third party, you must notify the organizer by the day before the event with the transferee’s name and updated contact information. Entry may be denied if the transfer is made without prior notice. Any disputes arising from the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved, and the organizer assumes no responsibility for such matters.

If the organizer changes or cancels the event, guests will be notified in advance whenever possible. Full refunds will be provided only in cases of organizer-initiated changes or cancellations. Otherwise, cancellations will be treated as customer-initiated and are non-refundable.
If the event is canceled due to organizer circumstances, the organizer will generally notify guests by email or other designated methods before the event date, except in unavoidable situations such as natural disasters or widespread illness. In such cases, the event fee will be fully refunded. Please note that unless the organizer announces a change or cancellation of the event date, cancellations made at the guest’s discretion will not be eligible for a refund.
Nishimonai Bon Odori takes place from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (until 11:00 PM on August 18).
Food service is scheduled to end at 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, guests are free to enjoy the evening at their leisure.

Other requirements

Reception will begin at 5:30 PM on the first floor of BONYADO U on the day of the event. Please present the “Event Information” email at reception. Guests are recommended to arrive before the Bon dance performances begin around 7:30 PM.
The “Event Information” email, including details of the meeting location, will be sent by O-Matsuri Japan Co., Ltd. by 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, the day before the event.
