Restrictions
- The recommended age range is 4 to 75 years old; however, participants outside this range may be accepted depending on their physical fitness. Please contact us in advance.
- For safety reasons, the following guests cannot participate:
Pregnant individuals
Those who have consumed alcohol or have a hangover
Those with heart, respiratory, mental, cardiovascular, or cerebrovascular conditions
Those with physical disabilities
Those weighing over 100 kg
Those with other medical conditions, fever, or injuries
Participants with hearing or visual impairments traveling alone (must be accompanied by a helper or interpreter)
What to bring
- Towel
Sunscreen
Clothes that can get wet (Quick-drying clothes like rash guards are recommended)
Drinks (At least 1 liter is required from March to October)
Sandals or Water shoes
Change of clothes (Only for those returning to Ishigaki Island)
Goggles (Recommended for children to observe fish in the waterfall basin)
Additional notes
- Please note that cancellation fees will apply for cancellations due to personal reasons or changes in the number of participants without prior notice.
No cancellation fee will be charged if you are unable to reach Iriomote Island due to ferry cancellations, or if the tour is canceled due to typhoons or bad weather. - The tour will proceed in rainy weather; however, it may be canceled or modified if safety cannot be ensured.
- For your safety, life jackets must be worn at all times. Please note that wearing a life jacket is also mandatory while snorkeling.
- Since this tour involves swimming, you will generally be required to leave your bags, phones, and drinks behind during the activity. Please be careful not to lose any of your belongings.
- The guide will assist using a translation app.
