京都嵐山、三千院日帰りツアー　残念でした

ガイドは、ずっと中国語を話し、日本語では集合時間と集合場所を言うぐらいでした。英語ての説明を楽しみにしたのに、それは一切なく、残念でした。
マイクロバスの運転も荒つぼく、怖かったです。
拝観料、食事代も含まれず、ツアー代は高いと感じました。

集合場所、観光バス駐車場でGOGODAYの旗の下に集合ということで行ってみると ほとんどのツアーバスがGOGODAYの旗が掲げられてて、私達が乗るバスを探し回るが該当するバスは無く、その場で佇んでいたら、外国人のガイドさんから声がかかり、やっと乗れると思いきや、バスは駐車場内には止めて無いと言う事で200ｍ程歩かされたコンビニの駐車場で、そこに待機してたのはバスで無く10名乗りのハイエースワゴンに私達乗って丁度10名の客が乗りました、案の定車内は身動きもできないほどのキツキツな状態で最初の目的地までの道中、快適とは言… 集合場所、観光バス駐車場でGOGODAYの旗の下に集合ということで行ってみると ほとんどのツアーバスがGOGODAYの旗が掲げられてて、私達が乗るバスを探し回るが該当するバスは無く、その場で佇んでいたら、外国人のガイドさんから声がかかり、やっと乗れると思いきや、バスは駐車場内には止めて無いと言う事で200ｍ程歩かされたコンビニの駐車場で、そこに待機してたのはバスで無く10名乗りのハイエースワゴンに私達乗って丁度10名の客が乗りました、案の定車内は身動きもできないほどのキツキツな状態で最初の目的地までの道中、快適とは言えない車に揺られながらいると気分がすぐれなくなり、これ以上無理だと思い このツアーをあきらめてキャンセルしました。その後 公共交通機関で京都駅までもどりました。

以前の書き込みを見ていたので、驚きはありませんでしたが、ほとんどが中国の方で、説明も中国語でした。ガイドさんもあまり日本語が話せないようで、集合時間と場所を聞いて、自由行動しました。交通手段として割り切って利用すれば、問題ないかと思います。中国の方もバスの中でのマナーも良く、静かで快適でした。朝、バスがギリギリに到着し、案内掲示がなかったので、ちょっと不安でした。事前に係の人が案内していただければ良いかと思いました。

ツアーバスを探すのに四苦八苦

観光バスでごった返す集合場所でツアーバスを探すのに苦労した。
ツアー名の表示がないのでバスが到着する度に運転手に確認するも、違うと言われ不安ばかりが増す。やっと携帯電話に連絡が入ると一度確認したバス。ガイドが名簿に中国人の参加者とあったので間違えたとのこと。業務に不信を持つ。
中国人ガイドがひたすら謝罪してくれたことや声かけ、心遣いが感じられ不信感は薄らいだ。
バスにツアー名の表記があればスムーズにいくと思われる。他の中国系のツアーは同じように表記なし。日本の会社はきちんと表記あり。改善求む。

日本人は私だけ(笑)他は、中国の方5名でした。人数もすくなかったので、マイクロバスの小さめな感じ、ニッサンのキャラバンでの送迎。ガイドさん兼運転手のかたも中国のひと。車はミドリナンバーを確認の上乗り込みました。
ほぼ、中国語での説明でしたが、私にも気をつかってくれ、1人だったので助手席に座らせていただきました。ドライブ気分で楽しかったです。
三千院についたら、何時に戻ってきてね、のパターン。気を遣わずよかったてす。時間は2時間でしたが、1時間半くらおでガイドさんから早めに移動しま… 6月の平日に参加しました。

三千院まで連れていってくれた、というだけで満足ですね。車でないとなかなか厳しいと思います。もちろん、そこから嵐山ですし
悪くないと思います。

三千院に行きたいときはまたお願いいたします。
