  • The following cannot join (100% cancellation fee applies):

    -Those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, ENT issues, respiratory conditions, or epilepsy

    -Those taking medication or deemed unsafe to participate by the organizer on the day of the tour

  • Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be denied entry, even during the tour.
  • If it is difficult for you to wear equipment such as a wetsuit or life jacket, we may have to decline your participation.

    Please note that if you do not bring it, you will not be able to join the tour, and no refund will be provided.
