- —Gokayama Tofu WorkshopLearn about the unique, firm tofu made for centuries, traditionally tied with rope for easy transport.
- 11:30Sasara Crafting ExperienceCreate your own miniature sasara, a traditional instrument used in the "Kokiriko" dance, under the guidance of a craftsman. Try playing it and learn the Kokiriko dance.
