Restrictions

Capacity: 54 people (all chair seat)
Children under 2 years old can attend for free, but no seats or meals will be provided.
Wearing a mask is optional.
Depending on the activity and number of participants, you may be divided into two venues. If you wish to reserve both venues for exclusive use, the rental fee for both venues will be charged. If you are divided into two venues, the operating company will inform you of any additional charges after the reservation request has been made.

Due to local circumstances, the event time may be subject to change.
The order of activities are subject to change or cancelled due to certain circumstances.
Depending on the date, the event will be hosted by either a maiko or a geiko.
There is no elevator in the building, so please be aware that access to each venue will require the use of stairs.
Due to the schedule of the program, we will not delay the start to accommodate late arrivals. You may join the experience after it has started, but please be aware that depending on the circumstances, you may not be able to enter.
As a general rule, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Viewing is not permitted, and there is no waiting room available.
Any changes to the reservation date or time after a cancellation fee has been incurred will be subject to a standard handling fee.
The use of images and videos for commercial purposes, including reproduction and appropriation, is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use them for commercial purposes, please apply in advance for permission to conduct interviews and use the material.
If the number of participants exceeds 40, the regular experience fee will be required for each additional person.
The reception hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any applications or inquiries made after that time will be processed the following day.
If you make a reservation at the last minute, we may not be able to arrange meals in time. In such cases, we will accept your reservation without the meal plan. ^[A]
