【How to Use】
(1) After booking, we will send you a serial number for exchange.
(2) Download the Kyushu FunPASS app and register the serial number (multiple serial numbers can be registered on one smartphone).

(3) Enter the user's information and activate the Kyushu FunPASS.
(4) Present the QR code at each spot to exchange for an admission ticket or the specified service.

【Validity Period】
14 days
※ The validity period starts from the moment you use any ticket and lasts for 4 days (including the day you use the first ticket).
Example: If you use the first ticket at 9:00 AM on January 1st, the pass will be valid until 11:59 PM on January 5th.

Restrictions

The pass is valid for 14 days. The validity period starts from the moment you use any ticket and lasts for 14 days (including the day you use the first ticket).

Registering the serial number or activating the Fun PASS does not start the validity period countdown.

What to bring

The QR code displayed in the app
*Simply show it to the store staff to use. There is no need to print a certificate.

Additional notes

This pass is an electronic ticket, so no physical ticket will be sent. After booking, the electronic ticket will be sent to you.
Changes to the reservation date must be made within the specified period. You can check the revised expiration date on the usage instructions and the QR code ticket inquiry page.
Refunds cannot be provided for products that have already been used.
