Please collect a paper ticket with the voucher. Please bring your Tokyo Subway Ticket, "Voucher with QR Code" and collect your ticket at the ticket vending machines for travelers that installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.
At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.
Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”.
*If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher."

You can also collect a paper ticket at the offices of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).
*If there is no ticket vending machine for travelers at the station where you start using the service, or if you cannot collect a paper ticket at the station office, we will show you how to get the station where there is a ticket vending machine for travelers. Please feel free to ask the staff for assistance.
*For sightseeing in Tokyo with the Tokyo Subway Ticket, please use the official Tokyo Metro app, which offers route maps and transfer information for Tokyo Metro.

- This ticket cannot be resold. A resold ticket will be invalid.
What to bring

- If you use the service after the selected participation date, you will not be able to view the voucher from the Veltra My Page.

Please take a screenshot of the QR code on the voucher before the participation date and present it at the reception on the day. - If you wish to cancel after the selected participation date, please contact Veltra.
Additional notes
- Vouchers can be exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase. The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.
- This voucher cannot be used directly for boarding. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket vending machines for travelers installed at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations.
- You can get on and off in Tokyo Metro Subways and Toei Subways whichever station you want.
- Expiration date will be shown on the physical ticket.
- Expiration time will be printed on the physical ticket when you pass the ticket gate.
- If you enter the station within the valid time, you can leave the station even though you passed the expiration time while riding the subway.
- If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
