- If the expressway is closed, the transfer will be operated via regular roads, which may result in significantly longer travel times.
- The expressway route is planned via the Dōō Expressway; however, if closures occur, the intended interchange may change. In such cases, the expressway toll fee may also vary.
- Expressway tolls and airport waiting fees are subject to change without notice.
- Arrival may be delayed due to weather or road conditions. In the event of missed flights or other delays, customers are responsible for making alternative arrangements.
Other requirements
- In case of expressway closures due to road or weather conditions that may affect your connection to your flight, the driver may stop at the nearest JR station or alternative transit point to assist with other transportation options. Please note that any additional costs incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer. If the expressway is closed, the route will shift to regular roads, which may result in significantly longer travel times.
- Please note that the service provider cannot be held responsible if, due to unavoidable circumstances such as road or weather conditions, you arrive at the airport after your flight’s departure time.
- For pickups from New Chitose Airport, the standard pickup time is 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time for domestic flights and 2 hours after for international flights, in order to reduce driver idle time and fatigue. Thank you for your understanding. [A]
