Snorkeling Starts!
Time to enter the water! Follow your experienced guide to look for sea turtles. Enjoy swimming with tropical fish and posing for high-quality GoPro photos in front of the Blue Cave.

(Note: We will not enter inside the cave; photo sessions take place just outside the Blue Cave).

【Shuttle Service】
The staff will pick you up at your designated location approximately 1 hour before your scheduled activity time.

・South: Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal

Note: If you are staying outside the shuttle area, please meet them at the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal or come directly to the site.

【Direct Meet-up】
Please arrive at the meeting point via rental car or other transportation approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled time. After filling out the application and consent forms, the staff will head to the activity site.

Restrictions

Applicable for ages 2 to 65.
The following individuals may be restricted from participating. Depending on the condition, we may require a doctor’s medical certificate.
・Those who are pregnant
・Individuals with psychological or neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, panic disorder, developmental disorders, etc.)
・Individuals with heart or respiratory diseases, diabetes, or high blood pressure
・Anyone under the influence of alcohol or experiencing a hangover
【Health & Physical Conditions】
・Participation Requirement: You must be in good physical and mental health to participate.
・Feeling Unwell: If you feel unwell at any point during the tour, please inform a staff member immediately.
【Regarding Children's Participation】
・Children under 10: Before making a booking, please confirm in advance that your child is comfortable getting into the ocean.
・If a child cannot enter the water: One parent or guardian must stay behind to supervise the child on land/boat. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.

What to bring

【Regarding Clothing】
Swimwear: Please wear your swimwear under your clothes before arriving at the meeting point.
Attire: Please come dressed in comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet.
Layers/Outerwear: We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap that can get wet, as it can get chilly due to the wind (especially from October to May).
【Required Items】
Drinks & Towel
Luggage & Valuables: Personal belongings and valuables will be stored inside the vehicle. Please note that we cannot accommodate large luggage, such as suitcases/carry-on bags.

【Regarding Eyesight & Glasses】
Contact Lenses Recommended: If you wear glasses, we highly recommend wearing contact lenses for the tour.
*Prescription Masks: If you require a prescription snorkeling mask, please consult us in advance (availability is limited).
【Damaged or Lost Rental Equipment】
In the event of loss or damage, the following fees will be charged:
・Fins: 5,000 yen
・Mask & Snorkel Set: 5,000 yen
・Rental Camera: 60,000 yen
【Motion Sickness Notice】
This is a shore-entry tour, so you won't get boat-sick. However, many people still get motion-sick from the ocean waves. If you are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend taking medication before the tour.
【Restrooms】
Depending on the tour area, there may be no restrooms available nearby. Please use the restroom before arriving.
【Complimentary Photo Data】
・Free Photos: Your guide will take photos during the tour and gift them to you for free (approx. 10 to 30 photos per group).
・Disclaimer: Please note that due to potential camera malfunctions, sea conditions, or crowds, we may occasionally be unable to provide photos or capture perfect shots. Thank you for your understanding.
【For Customers Meeting on Site】(Those using a rental car)
・Meeting Point: Paid parking lot near Yonehara Beach / Inafuku Shoten (500 yen per car)

・Important Notice: The meeting point is subject to change. The staff will contact you the day before or on the day of the tour if there are any changes.
【Showers & Changing Rooms】
・Public Facilities: Public facilities are available, but only for guests arriving by rental car.
・Availability: Access may vary depending on the specific tour location.
・For Guests Using Hotel Transfers: You will be driven back while still damp/wet from the tour. Please bring a towel and a light change of clothes for the ride.
Flight or Ferry Disruptions: Cancellation fees will still apply if you cancel due to flight/ferry delays or cancellations, unless the tour itself is officially canceled by the operator.
