Restrictions
- Those who are pregnant, under medical restrictions, or under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to join this course.
If you have any health concerns, please feel free to consult with us in advance. - Participants must be between 5 and 59 years old.
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited on board for safety reasons.
- For those who are prone to seasickness, entering the cabin is not recommended.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- [Cancellation Policy]
・No fee for cancellations due to typhoons, strong winds, or flight cancellations.
・Free rescheduling possible if the boat cannot depart.
・If Kerama trip is canceled pre-departure due to waves, guests may choose to cancel or go to the west coast.
・If redirected to the west coast after departure due to sudden weather changes, no refund. - We are unable to compensate for travel expenses if the tour is canceled after your arrival due to weather or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that the boat may sway during navigation, and we are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings such as cameras or laptops.
- After disembarking, you may still feel the motion of the waves. Please watch your step and ensure your safety.
- There is a changing room inside "Uminchu Warp." Since it is available only between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, guests participating in the morning course are kindly requested to change clothes in advance.
- The guide will assist using a translation app.
Other requirements
- For safety reasons, boarding with high heels or platform shoes is not allowed. If the captain determines that footwear is unsafe or slippery, barefoot boarding may be required.
- Sunscreen is allowed, but please refrain from using suntan oil as it can make the deck slippery.
- During snorkeling, wearing a life jacket or wetsuit is mandatory for buoyancy. Participation in swimwear only is not permitted for safety reasons.
