～Procedure on the Day of Use～
Please open the ticket page via the link provided in your booking voucher email, tap the "Use" button, and present the screen to the staff.
*You will need to open the web page on your smartphone; please ensure you have a stable internet connection.
*Screenshots or printed copies of the ticket will not be accepted.
*If you purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, they cannot be used individually and must all be redeemed at the same time. If members of your group plan to enter at different times, please purchase the tickets separately.

Restrictions

0–5 years old children are not permitted to enter due to safety management reasons.
Guests aged 6 to 17 may use the facility only when accompanied by a guardian (children aged 6 to 11 must be accompanied by a guardian of the same gender) and must leave by 18:00 (last admission at 15:00).
Guests who are heavily intoxicated, have skin diseases, or are suspected of having other contagious illnesses will be refused entry.
Guests with tattoos or body art (including tattoos, paint, stickers, etc.), members of organized crime groups, individuals affiliated with or related to anti-social organizations, or anyone deemed inappropriate for use of the facility will be refused entry.
If you wish to use the voucher on a date after the participation date you selected when making your reservation, you will not be able to view the voucher on your My Page. Before your participation date, please tap "Scan or click to use" on the voucher to note down the URL of the digital ticket that is displayed, and present the digital ticket via the URL on the day of the event.

Additional notes

Valid for one use per person during the validity period. Visitors cannot re-enter after leaving.
Guests who have been advised by a physician or medical professional to avoid heat therapy are requested to refrain from using the Healing Bade. Please also note that admission may be restricted during peak congestion periods. ^[A]
Please refrain from bringing food and beverages, newspapers, magazines, books, electronic devices, or any items not directly related to bathing into the bathing area.

Other requirements

For security, you may need to complete One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. Please follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address and press send.
2. Check your inbox (and spam) for an email from "@linktivity.co.jp". If it doesn't arrive, reopen your voucher link and re-enter your email.
3. Enter the OTP on the ticket screen and press confirm.

Note: The registered email cannot be changed and will be used for future logins. Ensure you can access it on the day of use.
