- The tour schedule may change or be canceled due to weather or traffic conditions. If there are any changes or cancellations, we will contact you directly via your phone number or email address.
- Restrooms are not available during the tour. A portable toilet will be used if needed. Please use the restroom before the meeting time.
- Due to the nature of outdoor tours, extensive safety measures cannot be guaranteed. Please participate only if you are in good physical condition. If you feel unwell, please refrain from joining or participate within your limits.
- Views such as the sea of clouds or the scenery from the summit of Mt. Mokoto are natural phenomena and may not be visible depending on weather conditions. Please note that these views are not guaranteed on this tour.
- Please specify your pick-up and drop-off locations when booking (Mt. Mokoto Observatory Parking, Kawayu Onsen area, or Memanbetsu Airport).
