- Closed on Mondays (If Monday is a public holiday, closed the following day)
- Closed from December 29 to January 3
- Open on Mondays during the Sapporo Snow Festival period

- By Public Transportation:
- Take the JR Chitose Line to "Shin-Sapporo" Station
- Take the Subway Tozai Line to "Shin-Sapporo" Station
- Transfer at Shin-Sapporo Bus Terminal, North Lane, Stand 10
- Board the JR Hokkaido Bus bound for "Kaitaku no Mura" (approximately 20 minutes) and get off at the final stop

- Free parking available for 400 vehicles
