Transportation to the venue is not included. Please arrange your own transportation.
Reception times may be moved earlier depending on event operations.
Chairs will be available for resting; however, viewing from the special second-floor box seating will be standing-room only.
The images shown are of the room when vacant. Tables and chairs will be arranged according to the number of guests.
【Important Notes】
1. Individuals affiliated with organized crime groups or antisocial organizations are prohibited from using this service.
2. Resale of purchased seats is strictly prohibited.
3. If any violation of the above rules is confirmed, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund. Guests who have already entered the venue may also be asked to leave. The company assumes no responsibility for any damages or disputes arising from such violations.
4. There is no dedicated parking available at the venue. Heavy traffic congestion and road restrictions are expected on the event day, so the use of public transportation is strongly recommended. We are also happy to assist with transportation inquiries—please feel free to contact us.
5. If you would like services in a language other than Japanese, please inform us at the time of booking.
If the event is canceled due to earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, storms, floods, epidemics or infectious disease outbreaks, other natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, third-party strikes, enactment or revision of laws and regulations, orders or actions by government authorities, fires not attributable to the organizer, or any other force majeure events, the event fee will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend and need to transfer your event participation rights to a third party, you must notify the organizer by the day before the event with the transferee’s name and updated contact information. Entry may be denied if the transfer is made without prior notice. Any disputes arising from the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved, and the organizer assumes no responsibility for such matters.

If the organizer changes or cancels the event, guests will be notified in advance whenever possible. Full refunds will be provided only in cases of organizer-initiated changes or cancellations. Otherwise, cancellations will be treated as customer-initiated and are non-refundable.

Other requirements

Reception will begin in front of Shidaya at 17:00 on the day of the event.
Please provide your name to the reception staff and present the “Information for the Day” email upon arrival. As this experience includes a kaiseki dinner course, guests are recommended to arrive before 17:15.

The “Information for the Day” email will be sent by the day before your participation date.
After check-in, you may freely enter and leave the venue.
When leaving Shidaya, please inform a nearby staff member.
During the Kanto performances, please be considerate of other guests when entering or exiting the venue.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations after booking will be accepted until Sunday, May 31. After this date, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. Refunds will also not be issued to guests denied entry or removed from the event due to disruptive or inappropriate behavior, as determined by the organizer.
