- The discount round-trip train ticket covers travel from Namba Station, Shin-Imamiya Station, and Tengachaya Station to Koyasan Station, and does not include the express train fare.
- From 3:00 AM to 4:30 AM Japan time, QR codes will not be displayed due to maintenance.

Additional notes
- Please use the dedicated ticket gate for digital tickets. It is not compatible with stations or gates without dedicated ticket gates.
If you cannot display your digital ticket due to your mobile device being lost, malfunctioning, or running out of battery, you cannot use it. Additionally, we are unable to process any reissues or refunds. - If you exit at any station, the ticket you used will not be valid for re-entry.
If you want to take a reserved seat on the train, please purchase a separate limited express or reserved seat ticket. - 【Validity Period】

If you experience any problems, you may need assistance to resolve them.
Once you have started using a ticket or your ride, we will not issue refunds for any reason. - If you use the service after the selected participation date at the time of booking, you will not be able to check the voucher from your Veltra My Page.
Before the participation date, please take a screenshot of the QR code on the voucher and present it at the reception on the day. - If you wish to cancel after the selected participation date, please contact Veltra.

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.
Refunds are only accepted if the ticket and bus pass are unused and within their validity period. A refund fee of 220 yen will be charged.
If the validity period has expired, no refund will be given, even if the ticket or bus pass is unused.
Refunds can only be made by the purchaser. No one other than the purchaser can request a refund. Also, you cannot receive a partial refund if you have purchased multiple tickets.
Please note that no refunds will be given if the ticket or bus pass has been used or if the inability to operate occurred after the start of use.
Changes
