- Participants must be between 6 and 75 years old.
- Guests aged 70 and over must submit a health questionnaire before departure.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Children three (3) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.
- Depending on who is in your group, your tour guide may conduct the activity in multiple languages.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time.
- The schedule is subject to change depending on transportation and road conditions. Arrival at the final destination may be delayed. In case of delays, additional expenses such as taxi fares or accommodation costs will not be compensated.
- Please note that due to weather or traffic conditions, the duration of each stop may be shortened or canceled. The order of visit may vary depending on the assigned bus.
- A Mt. Fuji climbing fee of JPY 4,000 is required and must be paid separately on site.
- Accommodation is in shared, dormitory-style mountain hut rooms. Space may be limited.

- A different mountain hut may be assigned during busy periods.
- If the crater rim walk option operates, your guide may be different from the guide during the ascent.
- For safety reasons, please stay with the group during the climb.
- Please inform the guide before leaving the group.
- The guide will accompany the group during the descent.
- Guests unable to maintain the group pace may be asked to discontinue the climb or continue independently.
- The tour operates in rainy weather. The climb may be canceled by the guide due to weather or safety conditions. No refund will be provided.
- Please provide a mobile phone number that can be reached in case of emergency or weather-related changes.
