Private taxi tour to Mt Fuji from Yokohama Cruise ship.

We booked our 8 hour private taxi tour a few months before our cruise ship was due into Yokohama and the tour was tailored to our own requirements including a lake Ashi cruise, the rope way and mt Fuji. There were a few emails back and forth to get the exact tour and the Veltra sales staff were very responsive and helpful.
We were more than happy with the final itinerary and the price was excellent.
Unfortunately our cruise ship had some weather issues and we were late arriving in Yokohama by arou… We booked our 8 hour private taxi tour a few months before our cruise ship was due into Yokohama and the tour was tailored to our own requirements including a lake Ashi cruise, the rope way and mt Fuji. Unfortunately our cruise ship had some weather issues and we were late arriving in Yokohama by around 6 hours.
We were aware a couple of days before arrival that we would be late and contacted Veltra to see if we could change the tour from Friday to Saturday.
Again, the response was superb and within a few emails everything was sorted.
There were a couple of other last minute changes, which again were handled really well by Veltra staff.
Our taxi was waiting where we agreed with a name board and the tour started bang on time.
The tour was excellent and our driver, despite speaking very limited English, managed to show us around explaining things through handing out pre-prepared English maps, leaflets and information hand out sheets.
We had some great views of Mt Fuji and he helped with the buying of any attraction tickets we needed.
Overall, everything was excellent and I would'nt hesitate in recommending Veltra and their tours.
