  • 成田空港は、到着予定時刻を基準に、6:00～20:30に到着のお客様がご利用いただけます。
    実際の航空便到着時刻30分後に税関出口で、弊社「グリーントマト」のロゴを掲げてお待ちしております。 [A]
  • 空港の出発は航空機到着から2時間以内の出発となります。ただし、90分以内にお越しいただけない場合はキャンセルとなります。(キャンセル料は100％となります)
    空港出発まで限られた時間となりますので、ミート後は喫煙、両替、お手洗いと
    事前に申し込まれたWi-Fiと携帯電話の受け取りのみ可能です。SIMカードは自動販売機で購入できます。
    JRパスの交換とWi-Fi、携帯電話の新規申し込みはご遠慮ください。 [A]
  • お知らせいたしました時刻の15分前までに、ホテル入り口にてシャトル到着をお待ちください。なお、ベルデスクのあるホテルではベルデスク前にてお待ちください。
    お約束の時刻にいらっしゃらない場合、ご乗車頂けない場合がありますのでご注意ください。お迎え時刻の目安はフライト時刻の4～4.5時間前です。(お迎え時刻は弊社にて指定させていただきます)
    ホテルのピックアップ時間は、サービスの前日までにメールでお知らせします。
    *お客様がピックアップ時刻に現れなかった場合は、No-Showとして処理され、100％のキャンセルチャージが発生いたします。

  • 当乗合シャトルはお客様との乗合サービスの為、空港で他のお客様のご到着をお待ち頂く場合がございます。また、生き物のお持込はご遠慮ください。
  • 当乗合シャトルご利用の際、ゴルフバッグ数をご予約時にお知らせいただいておらず、当日積載スペースが無い場合は、お客様ご自身で発送のお手配をお願いいたします。
  • 当乗合シャトルではベビー・カーシートのご利用は出来ません。
    身体障害者補助犬については事前にお問い合わせください。
    当シャトルはお客様のご都合による途中立寄りは出来ません。
    車種・ドライバー言語・ピックアップ時刻をご指定いただく事は出来ません。
  • 車内にはスーツケースなどの荷物を置くスペースはございますが、
    携帯電話、カメラ、パソコン、タブレットなど貴重品や精密機械等につきましては必ず手荷物としてお持ちください。
    お客様の大切なお荷物が破損や紛失しないよう、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
    弊社に故意や過失がなく、またお客様が手荷物としてお持ちいただかずに紛失、破損した物品については、弊社では責任を負いません。
  • 予定された出発時刻に基づいて8:30～23:30に出発するお客様がご利用いただけます。
    *これらの時間帯外の場合は、空港タクシーまたはハイヤーカーをご利用ください。ご不便をおかけし申し訳ございませんが、ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。 [B]

Additional notes

  • フライトの実際の到着時刻の30分後から60分間、お客様を到着出口でお待ちします。
    例えば、実際の到着時刻が7:00の場合は、7:30 - 8:30まで、お待ちしています。 [A]
  • ・フライトが遅延した場合、当日中に到着するのであれば、追加料金なしでサービスを提供いたします。

    下記内容の変更が生じた場合は、予約はキャンセルされますので予めご了承ください。（元の予約をキャンセルし、新たに予約をして頂く必要がありますが、空きの保証は出来ません。また、キャンセル料はキャンセルポリシーにより発生します。）

    ・フライト遅延（翌日到着）
    ・エアラインによりフライト変更
    （シャトル運行時間内の到着/出発）
    ・エアラインによりフライト変更
    （シャトル運行時間外の到着/出発）
    ・乗継便の遅延/キャンセルによりフライト変更
  • 悪天候などによりフライトが変更になり、当社のサービスが不要になったという場合は返金致しますが、新しい予約をして頂く必要があります。（空きの保証は出来ません。）
  • お客様が予定のフライトよりも早い便で到着された場合で、空席があった場合においては、追加料金なしで対応いたします。
    例えば、お客様のご予約は13:00に成田空港第1ターミナルに到着される予定でしたが、何の連絡もなく9:00に成田空港第2ターミナルにお越しになられても空席があった場合は対応させていただきます。ただし、空席状況により、お客様に1時間以上お待ちいただく事もございますが、その場合は、お客様に説明しご了承頂いた後、サービスを提供いたします。 [A]
  • お客様が予定のフライトよりも遅い便で到着された場合で、事前のご連絡がなかった場合は、すでに元のご予約はNo-Showとして処理されており、100％のキャンセルチャージが発生しております。もし、空席がございました場合は、お客様からご料金を頂戴した上で、サービスを提供させていただきます。お客様が料金のお支払いを拒否されました場合は、バス・電車・タクシーなど別の交通機関をご案内いたします。
    ・変更できるのは1回限りです。
    ・繁忙期はご希望に添えない場合がございます。 [A]
  • ドライバーは、ピックアップ時刻の10～15分程度前にはホテルに到着いたしますので、ピックアップ時刻まではお待ちしております。
    渋滞等により、ドライバーが予定時刻にホテルに到着できない場合は、ホテルを通じて、ただちにお知らせいたします。 [B]
  • ピックアップホテル変更は出来ません。

It had reasonable prices but be prepared to wait since it is a shared shuttle so you may have to wait a little while before leaving if they have more pick ups for the day. Had to wait 45-1hr for the next party to come in

Prompt and fast but wrong hotel

The pick up was prompt and fast but the driver left us around the corner, not in front of a hotel but it was the wrong hotel. We had to drag our luggage to the next block to the correct hotel.
Shuttle to Narita Airport from Shinjuku, Tokyo

Driver arrived early at our hotel, only 2 of us in the van. Van spotless, driver took our bags down in the lift for us, the drive to Narita airport, takes about 3-4 hrs, lucky we did not have any other pick- ups, so glad to have plenty of time to get there for our checkin. Recommend this service to anyone.

They did everything they said they would.

Being met off the plane was excellent. There was a clear sign showing my name and we did not have to wait long for the mini-bus to depart. We went to one other hotel before ours.

For going home, we were picked up at 4.45 and there was no-one else in the mini-bus. All went well except that we arrived at the airport about an hour before the check-in opened and all the shops were still shut. It would have been better to have been collected a bit later.

Chauffeur arrived outside our hotel earlier than expected. Gladly, he greeted us and carried our luggage in the van. The van is clean, huge and comfortable, more than enough for us 4 adults and 1 toddler and all of our luggage. The driver is courteous, drives very carefully and safely, that I fell asleep. We arrived at Narita airport earlier than expected, which gave us an opportunity to do some last minute duty free shopping.

Upon exit at Narita Airport, chauffeur is already waiting for us with my name on a plaque card. Courteously, he helped us carry our luggage with a trolley. Van was huge and clean. More than enough for the 4 of us adults and a toddler. He drives carefully and safely. There was free Wifi on board. Got to our destination on time.
