英語の案内で人気の東京観光スポットを巡る日帰りバスツアー。代表的な東京の観光名所をめぐるほか、国立競技場をはじめとした 2020大会のレガシーを車窓からご覧いただけます。ご昼食は人ヴィラフォンテーヌグランド 羽田空港「オールデイダイニング グランドエール」にてビュッフェをご堪能ください。外国からのお友達とのご旅行や、英語の勉強に最適なツアーです。

  • バス座席は当日のご案内となります。また、奇数でご参加のお客さまは原則相席となります。
  • 画像は全てイメージです。
  • 東京駅を出発後、新宿駅を経由します。終了は東京駅のみです。
  • お食事（ブッフェ形式の為、特別食のリクエストはお受けしていません）
  • 各降車場所ではガイドがご案内し、後に自由行動をお楽しみいただきます。
  • スカイツリーは高さ350mの天望デッキまでの入場です。（天望回廊には行きません）
  • 終了予定時刻は交通事情により前後する場合がございます。

  • バスの座席は決まっているの？
    はとバスは全コース指定席。当日の先着順に席が決まるわけではありませんので、バスのりばに早くから並んでいただく必要はありません。
    また、ツアーの出発から到着まで同じ座席をご利用いただきます。 （宿泊コースの場合も同様です。）
    2階建てバス（オープンバス含む）で運行されるコースにご予約のお客さまは、全員2階席を指定させていただきますのでご安心ください。
    ※お客さまからの座席指定はお受けしておりません。
    ※3名様以上でご参加のお客さまは、前後席となる場合があります。
  • 大きな荷物は預かってもらえるの？
    ご旅行中のキャリーバックや、ベビーカーなど大きなお荷物は、バスのトランクに積み込めます。
    当日、ご乗車時に、乗務員までご遠慮なくお知らせください。なお、貴重品はお手元にお持ちくださいますようお願いいたします。（一部コースを除く）
  • コースの途中でツアーから離脱できるの？
    各コース詳細に表記されている降車観光地での離脱は可能です。
    その際、必ず乗務員または添乗員までお知らせください。
    なお、未消化分のコースに関わる費用の払い戻しはいたしませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
    また、コース経由地であっても、あらかじめ決められた降車観光地以外での離脱はできませんのでご注意ください。
    コースによっては、運行順路の変更をする場合があります。ご注意ください。また「離団証明書」をご記入いただく場合がございます。
  • 車椅子でも参加できますか？
    はとバスツアーに使用するバスの乗降口には数段の階段がございます。また一部施設では、バリアフリー対応になっていない施設がございます。そのため、お客さまの状況により、ご参加いだけない、もしくは当初の手配内容に含まれない特別な配慮が必要となる場合がございます。特別な配慮が必要なお客様は事前にご連絡ください。
    ※東京観光コースで使用する2階建てバス「アストロメガ」には、1階スペースに車いすのままご乗車いただけます。

Tokyo Tour with Makoto

We had a wonderful spending the entire day with Makoto. Very knowledgeable, good attitude, very respectful person! I am very happy I had Makoto as a Tour Guide! Always had a smile on his face, which set the tone at the very first moment we saw him!!!!!
The rain didn’t dampen our fun.

We had a lovely rainy day on a warm and dry bus. Nice spots to give a good view of Tokyo with a nice lunch. Comfy yellow bus with big windows.

The Shinjuku station pickup spot could be noted a little more clearly. Directions take you to the Hato bus office so we went very early and caught someone. It wasn’t clear that they would be there the whole time or locked up so just know there is a 1 and 2 bus stop just for Hato on the street directly across from the Starbucks that is outside from the o… We had a lovely rainy day on a warm and dry bus.
