Participants must be aged 12 and above (middle school students and older) up to 55 years old.
For safety reasons, individuals weighing over 85kg are not permitted to take the zip slide from the top of the waterfall. (They can still join the tour.)
If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

In the event of typhoons, inclement weather, or cancellations of flights or ferries, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Tours will proceed as usual in light rain. However, in the case of heavy rain, rising river levels, or weather warnings, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons.
Please note that hotel pick-up service may not be available during peak season.
Valuables will be stored in the vehicle. Please bring only essential items.
The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
After the tour, changing tents will be provided. While the river water is clean, we also provide fresh water (or hot water on cold days) for rinsing off when changing.

Other requirements

Minors require a consent form signed by a guardian.
- If the guardian is participating, the form can be filled out at the shop on the day of the tour.
- If the minor is participating alone, please bring a signed consent form from the guardian. The format is not important as long as it is clear that the guardian consents to the child's participation in the tour.

After arriving at the destination, we geared up with trekking equipment like carabiners and set off! We walked along unpaved mountain paths, but with the instructor's explanations, it never felt tough. For us, who had just been lounging in the "hot water" of the hotel pool the day before, it turned out to be quite a challenging experience.
