What to bring
- This tour does not include lunch. Please prepare your own meal in advance, or purchase food individually at a service area during the trip. You may eat on the bus or during your free time while exploring Mount Kurodake.
- This tour includes outdoor sightseeing. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, such as sneakers that you are used to wearing (some areas may have uneven or rough footing). Please also bring your own rain gear in case of rain.
Additional notes
- Delays or non-participation caused by transportation delays are also subject to cancellation charges. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.。
- The best time to view the autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions. Departure dates are scheduled based on the usual viewing season, but please note that the foliage may not be at its peak on the day of departure. If you cancel your reservation due to the foliage conditions, the standard cancellation fee will still apply.

7 to 2 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price
1 day before the tour start date: 40% of the tour price
On the day of the tour, before the meeting time: 50% of the tour price
After the tour starts or no-show: 100% of the tour price
