Celebrate summer in Japan with an unforgettable evening cruise aboard a traditional yakatabune during the 49th Sumida River Fireworks Festival. This special experience includes a freshly prepared Japanese dinner featuring tempura, sashimi, and seasonal dishes, along with unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks to enjoy throughout the cruise.
The boat departs early in the afternoon due to river traffic regulations and remains on the Sumida River until the fireworks begin. During the waiting time, relax on board, enjoy your meal, and soak in the festive atmosphere. Fireworks will be viewed from near the second launch site, offering a spectacular perspective from the water.
Please note that seating is table‑and‑chair style on the first floor, assigned by the operator, and may be shared with other guests. After the fireworks, return may take time due to heavy river congestion. This experience offers a unique and authentic way to enjoy one of Tokyo’s most famous summer events.

- —Meeting Point & BoardingDue to strict river traffic regulations on the Sumida River during the fireworks festival, the boat will depart early in the afternoon, around 3:00 PM. Restrooms are not available at the pier, please use facilities in advance and arrive early, as the area becomes very crowded on the event day.
- —Sumida River CruiseAfter departure, the boat cruises slowly along the Sumida River and remains on standby until the fireworks begin. As part of the festival regulations, there will be a waiting period of approx. 3–4 hours before the fireworks. During this time, enjoy a full Japanese dinner on the 1st floor of the boat

- —Dinner ExperienceThe meal includes crispy tempura, assorted sashimi, and seasonal dishes, along with an all‑you‑can‑drink selection of alcoholic and soft drinks.

However, the event may be canceled or postponed due to severe weather or at the discretion of the organizers. Even if a backup date is announced by the organizers, this tour will not be sold or operated on the following day.

Even if the minimum number of participants is reached, the tour may not be officially confirmed until the event details are announced by the fireworks organizers. - Seating is table‑and‑chair style on the first floor of the boat, and meals are served at your assigned seat.
Seat assignments are determined by the operator and cannot be requested or changed.
You may be seated with guests from other groups. - The 49th Sumida River Fireworks Festival will be held on
Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Fireworks Launch Schedule
First Launch Site: 7:00 PM
Second Launch Site: 7:30 PM
This tour is scheduled to view the fireworks from the river near the Second Launch Site. - Due to strict navigation regulations on the Sumida River during the festival, the boat is required to depart early, at approximately 3:00 PM.
As a result, there will be a waiting period of approximately 3–4 hours before the fireworks begin. During this time, guests are asked to remain on board and can relax and enjoy dinner and drinks while waiting. - After the fireworks end at around 8:30 PM, boats begin moving back in sequence between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM.
Due to heavy river congestion, it may take 1–2 hours to return to the pier.
For this reason, the exact dismissal time cannot be specified in advance.
