- Pickup and drop-off are based in the central Sapporo areas (Sapporo Station, Odori, Susukino, and Nakajima Park). Additional charges may apply depending on the location. Please contact us for details if you wish to use the service outside these areas.
- This plan includes a private charter service for 10 hours counted from the scheduled departure time. Even if you are late for the scheduled pick up time, the driver will keep waiting till you show up. However, the charter end time can NOT be extended. Please note that the time spent at sightseeing locations might be shortened, or parts of the itinerary might be omitted for the case.
- Extra charges will be incurred if the service is extended due to customer reasons, such as adding extra stopover locations or extending the servicing time. However, no extension fee will be charged if delays are caused by weather or road conditions on the day of the tour.
- [About the Experience Facility]
・During the tour, guests will also visit an active workshop where artisans are working. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and should not be left unattended.
・It takes about one week to complete the Furoshiki. Finished items will be shipped later (international shipping available). Shipping fees must be paid on-site.
