Restrictions
- The 3-hour plan is limited to sightseeing within Naha City only.
- For departures from north of Renaissance Resort in Onna Village, a minimum of 5 hours is required.
- A final confirmation email will be sent by the day before your tour. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
What to bring
- Luggage Capacity Guideline: When riding with 4 adults, up to 4 carry-on sized bags can be loaded. [A]

- Depending on your requested destinations, the tour may exceed the reserved time.
In such cases, the operator will contact you in advance, and any additional charges will apply only with your prior consent. - Parking fees, tolls, and other usage charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in cash on-site.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.
■ Standard Vehicle Plan
20% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made between 5:00 PM two days before (or 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays) and 5:00 PM the day before (or 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays).
100% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made after that up to the day of service.
■ Hire Car & Jumbo Hire Plans
20% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made between 5:00 PM seven days before (or 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays) and 5:00 PM two days before (or 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays).
50% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made from that point until 5:00 PM the day before (or 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays).
100% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made after that up to the day of service.
Changes
For any changes to the date or number of participants after cancellation fees have been incurred, the original cancellation policy will still apply.
