The age range for participation is as follows: SUP: 3-59 years old, Canoe: 3-65 years old.
※Children aged 3 to 11 may be guided to use a more stable canoe instead of SUP depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that individuals who fall under any of the following categories refrain from participating. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Meeting and dissolution times will vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you with details such as meeting place and time the day before the tour. If you have not heard from the shop by the evening of the previous day, please call the number on the voucher.
The tour will run rain or shine. However, if it is determined that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled.
There are no restrooms near the tour location. Please use the restroom in advance before participating.
If you are likely to be late, please contact the tour operator in advance.
Showers are available near the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. If you wish to use them, please inform your guide on the day of the tour.
*Please note that showers are not available for participants of the Sunrise Plan and Sunset Plan as they fall outside the shower usage hours.
For those who have made reservations after 17:00 the day before, transportation to your accommodation cannot be provided. (Please gather in front of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.)
The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
