  • The minimum number of participants for the tour is 12 pax. If the number of participants does not reach this minimum, the tour will be cancelled 5 days before the departure date.
  • Up to one infant (under 3 years old) may accompany each adult.
  • Infants under 3 years old do not occupy a seat are free of charge if they do not require meals, but please let us know the number of infants at the time of reservation. Riding on the day without contacting us will be refused and no refunds will be given.

What to bring

  • Due to limited space on board, please refrain from bringing suitcases or wheelchairs.
  • Some money:
    Lunch fees and ride fees for the bear farm and Mt. Usu Ropeway must be paid on-site.

  • No refunds or changes will be made in the case of late arrival or no-show (unauthorized cancellation).
  • Visit times for each sightseeing spot may change depending on traffic conditions and the number of participants on the day.
  • Depending on road conditions on the day, we may adjust the itinerary, adjust the order of sightseeing spots, or even cancel some sightseeing spots if necessary.
  • If the Mt. Usu Ropeway is suspended due to bad weather, maintenance, or other uncontrollable force, the time visiting Showa-Shinzan will be shortened and other sightseeing spots (e.g. Silo Observation Deck) will be added.

私は札幌在住なので、洞爺湖、有珠山、登別へは初めてではないが、まだ行ったことのない孫を連れてのバスツアーであった。
３ケ所を周るのは、かなり強行軍かと思っていたが、意に反して各観光地においては、それなりの時間があり、じゅうぶん見学でき、満足しました。
それと、添乗員の方の気配りが、ツアー旅行に花を添えてくれたことを感謝したい。
ドライバーの方も、安全運転で、快適なバスツアーであったことを、末筆ながら
書き添えて置きたい。

余裕を持って景色を楽しめるツアーでした。値段はちょっと高いが…

レークヒル･ファームも洞爺湖も有珠山と昭和新山も地獄谷も
すべて余裕を持って景色を楽しめるツアーでした。
特に有珠山から見る太平洋側と洞爺湖側が印象深く、
食事も間食もおいしくて大満足でした。

ただし、昼食とロープウェイが別途料金であるにも
他のツアーより高いということが唯一残念なことでした。
一つでもツアーの料金に含めたらと思いました。
