Restrictions
- Eating, drinking, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited inside the vehicle. Please take your trash with you and ensure a considerate ride so the next passengers can enjoy a comfortable experience.
- When traveling with pets, please ensure they are placed in a carrier beforehand. Passengers without a carrier may not be allowed to board. In such cases, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer circumstances.
- [Waiting Fee Policy]
If waiting exceeds 5 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, a fee of 90 JPY per minute will be charged starting from the reserved time. This includes delays due to flight arrivals, luggage loading, or waiting at stopover locations. - The passenger capacity is based on small suitcases (e.g., carry-on size). Medium or larger suitcases or golf bags may exceed the vehicle's capacity even within the passenger limit.
Additional notes
- For rides within the designated areas, the fixed fare will always apply and cannot be waived upon request.
- No cancellation fee will apply in the following cases:
- Cancellation is requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Delays in vehicle arrival due to reasons attributable to the operator or management company.
- Flight cancellations for airport bookings, provided the flight number was shared at the time of booking and notification is given promptly after the cancellation is confirmed.
Other requirements
- Arrival times at destinations and connections to flights or other transportation are not guaranteed.
- Liability for luggage damage cannot be accepted, except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence by the operator, or if covered under the Special Compensation Regulations of the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions. For luggage requiring careful handling, passengers are requested to take responsibility for loading, unloading, and protection during transport.
- If vehicle waiting time occurs due to customer circumstances (including flight delays, luggage loading, or waiting at stopover locations) or if additional stops increase the required time, a waiting fee of 90 JPY per minute will be added to the charge.
