- Eating, drinking, and smoking (including electronic cigarettes) are prohibited inside the vehicle. Please take your trash with you and ride with manners to ensure the next passenger can enjoy a comfortable ride.
- When traveling with pets, please ensure they are placed in a cage beforehand. If you do not have a cage, you may not be able to ride. In such cases, we regret to inform you that it will be treated as a cancellation at your convenience.
- < Regarding Pre-Boarding Waiting Fees >
If there is a wait time exceeding 5 minutes from the scheduled boarding time, a waiting fee of 90 yen per minute will be charged starting from the reserved time. Please note that this fee applies in situations such as flight delays, luggage loading, and waiting at stopover points. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

- For rides within the designated areas, the fixed fare will always apply. It cannot be waived or altered based on customer requests.

- The following situations will not incur a cancellation fee:
・If requested at least two days before the boarding date
・If the vehicle is expected to arrive late due to reasons attributable to the operating company or the management company.
・If your flight is canceled for airport pick-up/drop-off reservations.
*However, this is contingent upon you providing the flight number at the time of booking and notifying us promptly after the cancellation is confirmed.
Other requirements
- We do not guarantee the arrival time at the destination or connections to flights or other modes of transportation.
- Regarding damage to luggage, in principle, our company and the operating company cannot be held responsible (except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by our company or the operating company, or if it falls under the special compensation provisions of the travel industry terms and conditions). When transporting luggage that requires careful handling, please take responsibility for loading, unloading, and protecting it during transportation.
- If vehicle standby occurs due to customer circumstances (including flight delays, luggage loading, waiting at stopover points, etc.) or if additional stopovers increase the required time, a standby fee of 90 yen per minute will be added to your bill.

長旅を癒してくれる空港送迎サービス

集合場所が心配でしたが、指定の場所近辺まで行くとドライバーさんと会え一安心。とても親切で気配りのきくドライバーさんで飛行機の長旅の疲れを癒してくれる空港送迎サービスでした。行先の宿泊施設が私達の情報不足でなかなか見つからず、ちょっとうろうろしてしまいましたが、嫌な態度をこれぽっちも見せずとても親切にいっしょに探してくれ、助かりました。帰りも何故VELTRAさんで同じ会社をお願いしなかったのかと後悔しています。今後は絶対ミスしません。
