    Casual clothes are fine as long as they can get wet! Once ready, we’ll head to the parasailing point, which takes about 15–20 minutes.

    All full-time staff are certified Level I Water Rescue Personnel by the Japanese Red Cross! They also attend annual rescue training to stay updated with the latest safety knowledge. Families with children can join with peace of mind.

  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signed consent.
  • Those with heart or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, ear infections, pregnancy, epilepsy, spontaneous pneumothorax, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day cannot participate. In some cases, a medical certificate may be required. Please contact us in advance if you have any health concerns.
    Note: Participation may be declined depending on your health condition on the day.
  • [For Non-Japanese Participants]
    All tours are conducted in Japanese. For safety reasons, only participants who can understand Japanese (including reading and writing instructions and forms) may join. If we contact you to confirm your language ability and do not receive a reply by the specified date, your booking will be canceled. If we cannot confirm before the tour date, it will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation, and regular cancellation fees will apply.
  • Participants with chronic illnesses, those taking medication, or those with exercise restrictions from a doctor must provide a medical certificate, regardless of age.
    If you indicate any health concerns during the pre-tour health check, participation may be declined depending on the condition.
    For participants aged 60 and over, we will confirm in advance by email whether there are any health issues.
  • Please note that guests with a history of epilepsy or spontaneous pneumothorax cannot board the boat. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone.
  • Participants aged 65 and under can join.
  • Infants and children aged 0–5 are not allowed to board.
  • For safety reasons, your booking request will be put on hold until we confirm your medical history, language ability, and local contact information. If we do not receive a reply, your reservation may be declined. If confirmation is not completed before the tour date, it will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation, and the standard cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Participants aged 60 and over must join with at least one participant aged 59 or younger. Please note that if participation is declined on the day, the standard cancellation fee will apply.
  • Parking fee is 700 yen per day.

What to bring

    Please wear clothes that can get wet, and we recommend bringing a change of clothes.
    Long skirts are not advised, as they may interfere with the equipment.

Additional notes

  • Depending on sea conditions on the day, the start time or tour content may change, or the tour may be canceled.
  • If the tour is canceled due to poor sea conditions, or if flights are canceled because of a typhoon or strong winds, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Reservations are processed in the order they are received. However, in rare cases—such as bookings made outside business hours or simultaneous reservations—your booking may overlap with others from different sites, and we may be unable to accommodate it. Thank you for your understanding.

Other requirements

  • For participants under 18, a parent or guardian’s signature is required on the necessary documents. If a guardian will not accompany the participant on the day, please contact VELTRA after booking.
  • If you do not receive any notice within 24 hours after booking or by the evening before your tour date, it is possible that your reservation was not received due to a system error. In that case, please contact us by phone.
  • This tour is offered in English and Japanese only.

初めてのパラセーリング で始める前は緊張しましたがいざ始めると風も景色も良く最高に楽しかったです！！250mのロープで高さも十分高く景色が最高に良かったです！！
