How to Use the Rental Service
■ Pickup
1. Please read the rental terms and usage manual before making a reservation.
2. Come to Narita International Airport Terminal 1, South Wing 1F, during business hours (6:00–21:00).
3. Present your voucher and a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or My Number Card [for Japan residents]) to the staff.
4. After confirming the rental item together, the rental begins. Have a safe and pleasant journey!
■ Return
1. Please return the item to the same location where you picked it up, or to the drop-off location selected at the time of booking (for one-way returns).
2. Please present the same voucher to staff as shown at the time of rental.
3. Staff will verify the returned items for completeness and condition.
※ For 1-day rentals, the return date is the same day. Please return within business hours.

Awesome senior scooter roamed Japan

This is an amazing machine that enabled my mother to navigate the streets of Japan major cities during 2026 cherry blossoms season. We were able to travel in the metros, trains and Shinkansen through out Japan. It folds into a carried on suitcase size which can be pulled by its retractable handle. Convenient and lightweight, I would buy one if it is not so expensive. Rental at Narita Airport, pad in 9one hour extra time for pick up and return, must have reservation prior to pick up. 今回父がこちらのモビリティをレンタルさせていただきました。最初は人混みの中で操作等難しくないかなと思っていましたがスピードも調整でき、操作方法も簡単ですぐに使いこなせました。
移動も楽、操作も簡単ということでレンタルして良かったと喜んでいました。また機会があればレンタルしたいと思います。

この車椅子は軽快で軽快ですが、重度の機能障害がある方にはあまり適さないかもしれませんが、軽傷や不快感がある方でもご使用いただけます。レンタルと返却はどちらもとても便利です。

The mobility scooter was very helpful and made getting around much easier. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take much time. There is a slight soft spot in its performance, but overall it worked well for my Dad's needs.
The only downside is that it would be much more convenient if there were a delivery and pick-up option directly to and from the hotel.
