How to Use the Rental Service

■ Pickup
1. Please read the rental terms and usage manual before making a reservation.
2. Come to Narita International Airport Terminal 1, South Wing 1F, during business hours (6:00–21:00).
3. Present your voucher and a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or My Number Card [for Japan residents]) to the staff.
4. After confirming the rental item together, the rental begins. Have a safe and pleasant journey!

■ Return
1. Please return the item to the same location where you picked it up, or to the drop-off location selected at the time of booking (for one-way returns).
2. Please present the same voucher to staff as shown at the time of rental.
3. Staff will verify the returned items for completeness and condition.
※ For 1-day rentals, the return date is the same day. Please return within business hours.

I rented a self-propelled wheelchair from Narita Airport and used it during my stay in Sendai. The staff who assisted us were very kind and guided us clearly through the entire process. The wheelchair was convenient and made my daily activities at the university much easier.

When I needed help with returning the wheelchair, the team responded quickly and supported me in extending the return deadline. They also kindly allowed me to send it back via delivery service instead of returning it in perso…

唯一缺點就是座椅有點小,但收納上還算可以
價格還算合理又方便,出國就不用自備

Very good service and convenient to pick up the wheelchair from the airport. The wheelchair is very practical, comfortable and easy to maneuver. Thanks to this wheelchair, our elderly mother was able to enjoy her trip in Japan.

車イス生活の母が利用させてもらいました。航空機を利用し、空港で貸出サービスがあれば、車イスで観光ができると喜んでいました。貸出頂いた車イスにシートベルトがなかったため、少し不安がありました。シートベルトがあればより安全に観光できたと思います。

帰省直前になり足を怪我して松葉杖になり、車椅子での墓参りになりました。
急だったので車椅子のレンタルがあっても数日前の予約が必要で配送になる為すぐに使えない感じでした。
ベルトラさんは空港で借りられてどこでも使えるので急な怪我で歩けない私にとってはとても有り難かったです。
カラーが分からないので、それぞれの写真があればいいなと思いました。
使い方も丁寧に説明してくれたのと、一緒に不具合がないか確認してくれたので安心して借りれました。ありがとうございました。
自走式なので車輪についてるハンドルが軽くて自分で…

I rented two wheelchairs for this 7-days travel. The wheelchairs were new and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it if anyone needs one.
