How to Use the Rental Service

■ Pickup
1. Please read the rental terms and usage manual before making a reservation.
2. Come to Narita International Airport Terminal 1, South Wing 1F, during business hours (6:00–21:00).
3. Present your voucher and a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or My Number Card [for Japan residents]) to the staff.
4. After confirming the rental item together, the rental begins. Have a safe and pleasant journey!

■ Return
1. Please return the item to the same location where you picked it up, or to the drop-off location selected at the time of booking (for one-way returns).
2. Please present the same voucher to staff as shown at the time of rental.
3. Staff will verify the returned items for completeness and condition.
※ For 1-day rentals, the return date is the same day. Please return within business hours.

Optional insurance is available. We encourage customers who wish to be prepared for unexpected issues to consider adding coverage.

  • Identification (such as a driver’s license, passport, student ID, or My Number card) is required.
    Please note that the identity of the person who made the reservation will be verified.

    We can handle flight delays and cancellations during business hours.
    If your flight is delayed or canceled outside of our counter’s operating hours, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • To receive a full refund, please obtain a delay or cancellation certificate and send it via email to the booking and payment operator (Veltra).
    After logging into the VELTRA website, please contact us through the inquiry form found in your booking history on My Page.

空港でベビーカーを借りられるので、本当に手ぶらで来られて助かりました。
受け取りもスムーズで、すぐに使い始められたのもポイント。

万博会場はとても広いですが、軽くて押しやすいベビーカーのおかげで移動が快適で、子どももご機嫌に過ごせました。
小さなお子さん連れで関西万博に行く方には、レンタルベビーカーを本当におすすめします。
