Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons will incur a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in cost will be charged separately. As a general rule, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your departure date.
- The fireworks will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, a decision will be made on the morning of the event.
If the event is canceled before the tour departure, the tour will also be canceled.
If the cancellation occurs after the tour has departed, the tour will proceed, but the fireworks display will be omitted. Please note that there will be no alternative sightseeing or partial refund of the tour fee in such cases. - The event will be held in light rain; however, umbrellas are not allowed at the viewing seats. If rain is expected, please bring a raincoat or poncho.
- Regarding the viewing seats: Each person will be provided with one designated seat, which will be a folding chair.
- It takes approximately 10–20 minutes on foot to get from the bus parking area to the reserved seats. The fireworks display is scheduled to start around 19:00, but you will arrive at the venue earlier, around 17:00, so there will be a waiting period before the fireworks begin.
- After the fireworks, due to traffic congestion, the hotel is expected to be reached late at night, around 23:30.
- The child (elementary school) price is 3,000 yen off the adult price.
- This course is not available for infants under 6.
