    We are a 3 minute walk from Uehara Pot.
    Just keep the ocean on your left!

    By car:
    Parking is available.
    Make your way to the Yamaneko Rental Car Western Area Service Station, we have parking there.

    About pick-up service:
    We offer pick-up service only for the Western Area of the island. If you are coming from the Eastern side, please use the local bus service. It is very convenient, since you can hop off the bus directly in front of our shop.

  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
  • This course is for ages 6 and up. An alternate trekking course for groups with younger children, or those with less physical ability, is also available.

Additional notes

  • It may not be possible to land on Barasu Island during high tide.
  • We can store your belongings at our office. However, we cannot take responsibility for items brought onto the boat or during the tour, so please manage them yourself. A shower and changing room are available for use after the tour.
  • Free pick-up is available only in the Uehara area. If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please make your way to Uehara Port on your own. While there is also Ohara Port on Iriomote Island, we do not provide pick-up services for that location.

    Pick-up and drop-off services around the Shirahama area from Urauchigawa and Takana are not available during midday hours. For example, we can provide pick-up for morning tours but not drop-off, and for afternoon tours, we cannot provide pick-up.
  • This tour is subject to change or cancellation due to the weather or ocean conditions on the day. Should we be unable to continue this course, a different snorkeling tour or sightseeing alternative plan can be offered.
  • If arriving from Ishigaki Terminal, please board the 08:30 Iriomote Ferry to Uehara Port. There are 2 ports on Iriomote, Uehara and Ohara. Please take care to land at the right one!
  • Please note that depending on the conditions of the sea, you may go trekking first and snorkeling after.
  • This tour is operated entirely in Japanese.

Wonderful snorkeling! We saw huge numbers of fish and even a sea turtle! Interesting wildlife on the trek to the waterfall and we were able to stand at the foot of the waterfall

午前中の滝へのトレッキングもとても丁寧で親切に説明していただきながら、
滝についたタイミングもよく何も文句ありません！
バラス島もこれまたタイミングをきちんとはかっていただき単独で上陸もでき、とてもきれいで満足でした！
