Land on the Phantom Island to stroll along the white sand beach (approx. 20–30 mins) & enjoy plenty of snorkeling in crystal-clear waters (approx. 45 mins)!

*Activities will be guided in the best order based on the day's sea conditions.

Restrictions

Eligible Ages: 0 to 85 years old (Ages 85 and over are subject to consultation)
*Snorkeling is available for ages 2 to 65 (Please inquire if you are 65 or older and wish to participate).
・Medical Conditions: A doctor’s certificate may be required for pregnancy, mental/neurological conditions, heart/respiratory diseases, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
・Alcohol Policy: No drinking or bringing alcohol. Violation results in immediate cancellation with no refund.
If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

What to bring

【Clothing】
・Wear swimwear under your clothes before arrival.
・Dress in clothes you don't mind getting wet.
・Bring a light jacket/outerwear (can get chilly from October to May).
【Required Items】
Towel, drinks, change of clothes, and personal essentials.
*Note: Valuables will be kept in the vehicle. Large luggage (suitcases, etc.) cannot be accommodated.

【Showers & Changing Rooms】
・Public Facilities: Available for guests arriving by rental car (subject to availability depending on the location).
・For Guests Using Transfers: You will return while still damp from the tour. Please bring a towel and a light change of clothes for the ride.
【Pre-Participation Check】
・Confirm Details: Please carefully review the plan details and the confirmation message (meeting time and location) sent to you after booking.
・Booking Condition: Participation may still be declined after booking confirmation depending on unavoidable circumstances.
・Minimum Participants: This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants (bookings for 1 person will be treated as tentative).
【Cancellations & Changes】
・Triggers: Tours may be canceled or changed due to bad weather, poor sea conditions, sudden weather changes, mechanical failure (boat/vehicle), or whenever the guide deems it unsafe.
・Notification: If changes or cancellations occur, we will contact you via email or phone.
【Vision & Equipment】
・Eyesight: Contact lenses are highly recommended. Prescription masks must be requested in advance (limited availability).
・Damaged/Lost Equipment Fees:

【Changing Rooms & Facilities】
・On-Site Dismissal: For on-site meetings, you will be dismissed while still wet from the tour.
・Showers: We can recommend nearby shower facilities upon request (optional).
・Restrooms: A basic marine toilet is available on board the boat.
【Photos】
Free Photos: We will provide photos from your tour for free (approx. 10 to 30 photos per group).

【Meeting Time】
・Strict Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time. If you are even 1 minute late, you will not be allowed to participate.
・Late Arrivals: Late arrivals cannot join the tour and are strictly non-refundable.
【On-Site Meeting】
・Please meet at "Ishigaki Island White Coral" using Google Maps to ensure you arrive at the correct location.
・If Coming by Car: Please let us know your [Car Model & License Plate Number] in advance for smoother guidance. Upon arrival, park in any available space, turn on your hazard lights, and wait.
・Sending us a message or giving us a call upon arrival will help us assist you quickly. A staff member will come to welcome you shortly.
・Parking is available free of charge.
Hotel Transfers: For those using transfer service, the staff will pick you up directly at your hotel.
【Insurance】
・Insurance will not apply if there are incomplete or incorrect details on your application form.
・Damages or losses outside the scope of the policy cannot be compensated.
Flight/Ferry Disruptions: Cancellation fees will still apply if you cancel due to flight or ferry delays/cancellations, unless the tour itself is officially canceled by the operator.
