Children under the age of 3 and those who are unable to sit in a seat by themselves are not permitted to board due to safety regulations. - Discounts for disabled persons are not applicable.
- Kindly gather 10 minutes before the departure time.The bus will depart at the scheduled time and will not wait for latecomers.
What to bring
- Please be sure to protect yourself against hot and cold weather.Though we give you cooling gel sheets in summertime, we recommend that you prepare the protection yourselves, for the double-decker has no roof. Use of parasols is prohibited for safety reasons.
Additional notes
- There is no restroom on the bus, so please take care of your needs before boarding.
- The operating companies are Kintetsu Bus: OSAKA SKY VISTA and West Japan JR Bus: Nani Wonder.
- This tour bus is jointly operated, and the operating company and bus name vary depending on the boarding date
(Kintetsu Bus: “OSAKA SKY VISTA” / West Japan JR Bus: “NaniWonder”).
The tour itinerary is the same for all departures.
Please note that the operating company may change due to vehicle maintenance or other reasons. - Please note that seats cannot be selected through automatic seat allocation. If you make a reservation for multiple people, there is a possibility that you may not be seated together. If you decide to cancel your reservation due to a change in seat location, please be aware that your refund will be subject to a designated handling fee deduction.
- There may be cases the tour is delayed or will skip certain sights due to traffic conditions.We cannot refund the fare, even if there is a delay in schedule.

- You can bring PET bottles, thermos bottles, and beverages in containers with a lid on the bus.
- You cannot take your pets with you.
- All visits will be conducted from inside the bus. Visitors can only disembark at Abeno Harukasu and Chikenya bus stops.

生憎の雨でしたが、2階の屋根が閉められており、快適にツアーに参加することが出来ました!!

チェックイン時刻に誰もあらわれず、最悪でした。

15時30分のチェックイン時刻に誰も現れず、15時４０分の3分前にやっとバスが現れて、そこでチェクインできましたが、その間寒風にさらされて大変寒い思いをしました。
チェックイン時刻を守れないのでは話になりません。ツアーの内容がどうのこうのという前に最初から嫌な思いをしました。

キャンセルが全くできなく

当日楽しみにしていたのですが、体調不良で、キャンセルの電話を近鉄バスセンターに入れましたが、受け付けていただけず、「VELTRAはインターネットでしかキャンセルできません」とのことで、何度か調べたのですが、結局わからないまま、時間が来てしまいました。
HPでは、近鉄に連絡とありますが、そういうことは聞いていただけず、不快な思いをするばかりでした。大変残念です。

名所で降りて案内してくれると思っていましたが、全て車窓から見るだけでした。せめて少し止まって写真など撮る事もして欲しい。こんなアクティビティは必要ありません。
説明不足

座席指定できないとwebにあったので仕方なく早めに行って待ったのに、そちらでしっかり座席指定されていた。その際のガイドの説明の仕方が納得出来なかった。結局指定された席で過ごしたが、2回建バスを選択した意味がない。

中国語の音声は間違いだらけ！！！ガイドさん話している意味と全然違います。一致するよう、努力してくれるか？お客さんはちゃんとお金を払っているのに！がっかりしました。
また、ネット上で座席が指定できないと書いてのに、バスに乗った時、座席がすでに誰かに指定されました。日本人が先の座席で、外国人は後ろに指定されました！不公平です。到着順番となんの関係もありません！
外国人に、ぜったいおすすめしない！！！！

キャンセル出来なかった。

当日、現地に到着したのですが体調が悪くなり、２時間前でしたのでキャンセルしよとしたのですが全くできなかった、近鉄に電話してもベルトラさんに問い合わせてくださいと言われ、ベルトラさんに電話しても音声案内が流れてマイページから入ってキャンセルの手続きを取れとの答え、マイページに入っても予約のページに入るだけでキャンセルできなかった、結局諦めました。
もう少し対応の仕方があるんじゃしのでしょうか。

とんでもなく暑い夏に、オープンデッキバスに申し込んだ私がバカでした。冷えピタを支給されましたが、そんなもんじゃ足りない位暑くて観光の案内なんて全く耳には入ってきませんでしたね。だからバスもガラガラでした。参加するなら春か秋が良いかと思います。
