- The Minamiaso Railway trolley train may operate in reverse (Takamori → Tateno). In such cases, the itinerary order may be adjusted accordingly.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing. In case of rain, please bring rain gear.
- Delays or non-participation caused by transportation delays are also subject to cancellation charges. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
- For odd-numbered groups, you may be seated together with other groups of guests.
- For changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, or other requirements, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged. If there is a price difference, the actual cost will also be charged. As a general rule, requests must be made at least 14 days prior to departure. For requests after that, please consult with us.

On the day of the tour, before the meeting time: 50% of the tour price
After the tour starts or no-show: 100% of the tour price
