  • There is no charge for luggage that one person can carry into the cabin at one time.
    *Each item must have a combined length, width, and height of no more than 2 meters and weigh no more than 30 kg.
    However, items that emit odors, are unclean, firearms, swords, currency, banknotes, securities, stamps, jewelry, artworks, antiques, and other valuables, or any items that may cause inconvenience or harm to passengers, the vessel, or other goods may be refused for carry-on or storage.
  • There are no restaurants on board. However, cup noodles, snacks and ice cream are available 24 hours at the vending machine corner.

    *Alcoholic beverages cannot be purchased from 24:00 to 5:00 after departing from Hakata Port.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.

・7 days before departure: ¥200 per item
・2 days before departure: 10% of the fare, with a minimum of ¥200
・Until the day of departure: 30% of the fare, with a minimum of ¥200

*Each ticket, reserved seat ticket, transport ticket, and special baggage ticket is considered as one item. For example, if you cancel a round-trip ticket from Hakata to Fukue and a round-trip Green Sleeping Berth, it will be considered as 4 items (2 tickets for the outbound and return trips for the passenger ticket/reserved seat ticket, totaling 4 items).

In the event of a cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged for a canceled sailing.

Changes

For changes to tickets that have been purchased and paid for (from the second change onwards), a cancellation fee will be charged. Please be aware of this in advance.

3回目の利用です。天候が悪かったため時化が心配でしたが、さほど揺れることなく、船酔いもなく宇久に到着しました。太古を利用する際は毎回グリーン寝台。プライバシーも確保されていて、周りを気にすることなくぐっすり眠れるので快適です。宇久平港到着が3:55amで、まだ外は真っ暗(笑)ターミナルの2階にある仮眠室を利用し、3時間ほど寝ました。仮眠室は男女で分かれていて、畳の部屋に（3畳ぐらい？）枕とブランケットのセットが3組置かれていて、エアコンも完備されていたので、ありがたかったです。
