    However, items that emit odors, are unclean, firearms, swords, currency, banknotes, securities, stamps, jewelry, artworks, antiques, and other valuables, or any items that may cause inconvenience or harm to passengers, the vessel, or other goods may be refused for carry-on or storage.
  • There are no restaurants on board. However, cup noodles, snacks and ice cream are available 24 hours at the vending machine corner.

    *Alcoholic beverages cannot be purchased from 24:00 to 5:00 after departing from Hakata Port.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking room.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.

・Up to 7 days before the departure date: ¥200 per transaction (*)
・Up to 2 days before the departure date: 10% of the fare, minimum ¥200
・Up to the departure time: 30% of the fare, minimum ¥200
(*) Each ticket type (boarding ticket, reserved seat ticket, vehicle transport ticket, special baggage ticket) is considered one transaction per item.
Example: If you cancel a round-trip ticket from Hakata to Fukue with a round-trip Green Sleeping Berth, it will be treated as 4 transactions in total (2 boarding tickets and 2 reserved seat tickets for the round trip).

In the event of a cancellation due to a service disruption, no cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be provided.

Changes

For changes to tickets that have been purchased and paid for (from the second change onwards), a cancellation fee will be applied. Please be aware of this in advance.

小値賀港から博多港まで利用しました。以前、冬に利用した時は波も高くけっこう揺れましたが、今回は7月で好天にも恵まれ快適でした。また利用しようと思います。船内、毛布は有料でしたので、寒がりで節約したい人は、羽織る物を持参した方がいいでしょう。
